When sharing the URL an image from Wikimedia Commons (such as <https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:Example.jpg> on Twitter, a Twitter card displaying the image and its attribution should be displayed.

Marking unconfirmed because it's not clear what this implies and it might not be needed once we remove the confusion produced by the wiki logo, bug 30113 (https://gerrit.wikimedia.org/r/#/c/108221/8/includes/Skin.php ).
