This should be included on the "History" page or there should be a seperate
"File History" page for Image pages

This is essential information, and is not the same as the edit history 
of the description page.

As with bug 6142 I still think that this doesn't belong on the image page, after
all the "History" and "What links here" information isn't included in the page
either. It is inconsistant compared to Article pages and just clutters the Image
pages.
