Wikimedia Bugzilla is closed!

Wikimedia has migrated from Bugzilla to Phabricator. Bug reports should be created and updated in Wikimedia Phabricator instead. Please create an account in Phabricator and add your Bugzilla email address to it.
Wikimedia Bugzilla is read-only. If you try to edit or create any bug report in Bugzilla you will be shown an intentional error message.
In order to access the Phabricator task corresponding to a Bugzilla report, just remove "static-" from its URL.
You could still run searches in Bugzilla or access your list of votes but bug reports will obviously not be up-to-date in Bugzilla.

You have to disable the open_basedir option in PHP or uploads
won't work. (Notice it's listed as the reason in the error
messages you quoted.)
Comment 2 Eli 2006-05-29 05:32:08 UTC
Where can i find the option to disable open_basedir?
Comment 3 Brion Vibber 2006-05-29 05:35:20 UTC
You have tried looking up the error messages in Google and
other web search engines? Normally you should do this before
reporting a bug, and you certainly should do it before asking
for support in a closed bug report.
Comment 4 Eli 2006-05-29 05:38:47 UTC
I'm sorry. I use a free hosting site so I am not sure I have access to the file
you speak of.
Comment 5 Domas Mituzas 2006-05-29 05:39:31 UTC
Then ask for your free hosting support.
Comment 6 Eli 2006-05-29 05:39:54 UTC
What file am I looking for?
Comment 7 Eli 2006-05-29 05:46:19 UTC
Well thanks for your help I guess
