Steps to reproduce: Go to an article's history and click on the newest revision. You see a page which has the following stuff at the top: Revision as of 09:11, 24 May 2006; view current revision ← Older revision | Newer revision → In all other revisions, the text "view current revision" is a link to the current revision. Only if the revision you're viewing happens to be the current, it's just text and not a link. I think it should always be a link.
This would remove a useful visual cue that the user is viewing the current revision.
Not a bug.
