The list of keywords following such an edit seems to bear no relation to the
specific changes.

I have been unable to reproduce the issue. The meta keywords are build
using the article title then are followed by the ten first wiki links.

If you really feel there is a bug, please provide a test case.

The meta keywords based on links feature was removed, this is no longer a bug.
