Here are updated LanguageWa.php and MessagesWa.php files for SVN trunk. LanguageWa.php is complete cleaned, and defines: * format date choices (4 possibilities) * numeric format (eg: 1.234.567,89) MessagesWa.php has be en expurged of English strings and all namespaces and SITENAME converted to variables; various PLURAL used too. corrects monobook.js (apostrophes where unescapped, and the js was not working) various new translations; and put at the end translations for various extensions strings in use in wikipedia and commons, so Walloon interface is translated at best for those sites too

I tested those files on a small mediawiki installed at home, from SVN.
Please send patches instead of entire files. It's very hard to merge files with changes done by others in the meantime.
