A while ago the function Special:Contributions/newbies was aded and I think its a realy great function. And the same mecanism I think can be used for users to fins admins that are active/online at the moment. So maybe add Special:Contributions/admins.
Well, this would use a different approach, since listing online admins is more dynamical than a plain newbie list.

Define "online".
(In reply to comment #3) > Define "online". As I think, this function shows resent edits made by admins in the same way as Special:Contributions/newbies shows edits newly made by newbies. When taking part of this information a user can use that information to decised wich admin to contact in maybe a sertain hasty matter.
Ok, I would've written the explanation but the damn midair collision... Anyway, I think that it would be better to see people who are online and browsing the site at the moment and not just a static list of admins that have edited recently. This can be seen on most forums, including phpBB.
Then we would need a new option on preferences: 'Hide my online status.'
Users don't *have* a per-session online status that we can pull up like that.
