Example: https://de.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Spezial%3ASuche&profile=default&search=Giovanni+Lorenzo+Somis&fulltext=Search The excerpt that CirrusSearch provides is: "Lorenzo Somis Giovanni Lorenzo Somis (* 11. November 1688 in Turin; † 29. November 1775 ebenda) war". Browsing to the article in question reveals that the first two words "Lorenzo Somia" are actually from the caption to the first image in the article which, due to the way wikitext works, is always placed before the lead paragraph. This doesn't really make sense. The image caption shouldn't be displayed in the excerpt at all.
Makes sense to me.
