Filing to track the addition of using an anchor in LandingCheck when used in 'basic' (non fundraising) mode. This allows it's use for navigating to translated pages which may be long enough that going directly to an anchor would be useful. The original use case for this is some of the new legal policy documents, especially linking to a section of the FAQ from the policy itself. We want to be able to link to a translated document (if it exists) but always keep the anchor. I will be pushing a patch for this shortly.
