Wikimedia Bugzilla is closed!

Per the link above, an RfC on Wikidata was closed in favour of not using a commonly used namespace in one interwiki section. With this, it would be better to exclude the namespace using the repository setting however that is a global variable on all sections.

The implementation of a per section exclusion, allows the Category: namespace to be excluded from one section only yet allow other sections to actively use this. This would allow for communities to actively manage more precisely which namespaces are considered 'notable' especially per section.
