It was suggested in the Hebrew Wikibooks to add support for sub-pages in the custom namespaces 100 (שער) and 104 (מדף).
100 should already have it (default on all wiki). I added subpages for all wiki for namespaces from 104 to 111.
It doesn't seem to work – see for example http://he.wikibooks.org/wiki/שער:תלמידי_תיכון/מאגר_בגרויות, which doesn't include a link in the title to http://he.wikibooks.org/wiki/שער:תלמידי_תיכון, which is exist.

I suppose it should be reopened, as the fix doesn't work.
Please enable the subpages! They are not working on the specified namespaces.
