I cannot seem to get the installation past this point. It does not create the localsettings.php file. ------------------------- Please include all of the lines below when reporting installation problems. Just to check...it's being allowed time to run? Do any of the error logs (MySQL, PHP, HTTPD) give clues about what's happening?
