Hallo! I realized that there are some troubles with titles as [[MediaWiki:Bar/foo]] / [[MediaWiki_talk:Bar/foo]] in a wiki with content language foo. I assume that handling these message consistently with {{int:}} would complicate things. {{msg:}} and {{msgnw:}} would still handle them as normal pages but the result might differ from what {{int:}} would provide. The fallback chain for int is <s>complicated</s> complex enough. The existence of such pages might lead to unexpected results / pages with changed content as soon as variants as [[MediaWiki:Bar]], [[MediaWiki:bar]] (starting with a lower case letter) etc. would be deleted. These are quite complex scenarios and difficult to follow. best regards reinhardt [[user:gangleri]]
It would be better to explain what the problems are and allow us to correct them than add counterintuitive behaviour to hack around it.
I don't see a reason to start forbidding any valid titles.
