In the diff-view small edits aren't marked as one. In the history or the watchlist this isn't a problem.
I'm not sure what this means. Can you explain?
I suspect he means that there's no indication as to whether the edit was marked as minor or not. If that's the case, then I'm not sure that it's an issue, to be honest, since the diff view provides more information about the nature of the edit than a single letter ever could.
But we Germans are angry if a small edit isn't marked as a small edit :-) So, it might cause some silly reactions.
Okay, more precisely: When I saw that there was no "K" (K - klein) given in the diff-view (see link) I thought about reminding the user to use this possibility, when editing an article.
(In reply to comment #4) I don't follow.
Sorry, I don't understand #5. Does it mean that you don't understand me or that you won't follow my way of arguing ?

"K" is from the German WP, in the English it's "M" (M - minor). When I saw that there was no "K" (K - klein) given in the diff-view (see link) I thought about reminding the user to use this possibility (to mark as minor), when editing an article.
In addition, the diff view isn't perfect, so sometimes small edit (a new line) looks like a big edit, because the whole text of a paragraph is colored red.
fixed in r17476.
