If a section is added via a template (i.e.: the template includes a section title), the title section is correctly shown, but the modify link is not shown.

corrected the title, really the section that doesn't get the modify link is the section inserted conditionally via {{#if: instruction.

Paolo: Closing as INVALID without an explanation is not very helpful. :-/
