Hallo!

As you can see at [[xal:template:wikivar#ns_5]] the project talk namespace name
is bugos.

In LanguageXal.php the line
NS_PROJECT_TALK     => $wgMetaNamespace+'_тускар_ухалвр',
should be changed to
NS_PROJECT_TALK     => $wgMetaNamespace . '_тускар_ухалвр',

Same error was in  Xal, Os, Udm and Cv. Thanks for reporting.
