"flagged" is a kind of protection status, and normally you want to be able to iterate over all protection statuses in one loop, instead of having to add special logic for flagged status outside the loop.

prop=flagged should be replaced so either prof=info&inprop=protection shows the flagged data or add a inprop=flagged
