The project to bring the Wikimania Scholarship application [0] into the Wikimedia server farm is progressing. We have reached the point where we are bringing the code base into internal git hosting and adding gerrit integration. It would be nice to also add a bucket in bugzilla to track the bugs and features for the project. I'm not sure where something like this, php vhost that is not powered by MediaWiki belongs in the current Bugzilla taxonomy. It could probably be a component under the Wikimedia product or some other existing product. I'm fairly certain that it's not a big enough to justify having it's own top-level product. I'll defer to Andre's judgement as to the best place to put it. [0]: https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Wikimania_Scholarship_app

Spontaneously I'd put it as a component under Wikimedia. Assignee would be the default nobody? Anybody on default CC wanted? (For general info: https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Bug_management/Project_Maintainers#To_add_a_project_or_component )
I'll take default CC. Hopefully I'll be the only one adding bugs for a while. :) I'll put that link on the page where I went to look for the procedure here too ([[Writing_an_extension_for_deployment]]).
Added as per comment 3; see bottom of https://bugzilla.wikimedia.org/describecomponents.cgi?product=Wikimedia And thanks for updating https://www.mediawiki.org/w/index.php?title=Writing_an_extension_for_deployment&diff=823573&oldid=814371
Chad renamed the component from Scholarship to Scholarships after MZMcBride pointed out that we were inconsistently using the plural and singular in wiki pages, gerrit and bugzilla. All instances are plural now matching the gerrit repository which would have been the most difficult to change.
