Description John Lee 2006-04-25 17:27:25 UTC
On OTRS, we get a lot of requests for an "email this article" feature. It
certainly would be nice to have -- I imagine it wouldn't take too much coding
work. Just a simple "so and so says: read article X on Wikipedia!" would
probably do, and emailing shouldn't be a problem. I'm not a dev, but I imagine
one probable concern would be usage of this for spamming purposes. Anyhow, just
a suggestion.

Wow! What a great idea! Maybe it can go on the left side, where the Email this
User would otherwise go on a user page. Thanks John!

Is this a duplicate of
Bug 227: "mail this article to someone" feature
which is marked as WONTFIX?
