polish characters in open dyslexic font

Open-dyslexic-font works for polish but it is not possible to use it to display wiki pages. please enable that in ULS for polish projects (wikipedia,wikimedia, wikisource, wikivoayage, wikiqoute, wikinews, wikibooks)

This patch maps OpenDyslex font to pl also as an optional font. Once it is reviewed and merged, it will be deployed following WMF deployment cycle.

Once deployed a help page like https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:Dyslexic_readers can be created in pl wiki to help users. Thanks
