Set $wgCategoryCollation to "uca-is" on is.wikipedia and rebuild sort keys. Discussion has taken place on [[w:is:Wikipedia:Potturinn#Tillaga: Breyta röðun í flokkum]] - with one support vote, none against or neutral.
It should be noted (again) that the proposal for the change has only received one comment other than the proponent; however, I'm going to assume that there isn't any strong opposition against this change since no one expressed such views during the 4+ months period that was left for discussion. I will submit a patch in a moment, and then assign this bug to Reedy so he can run mwscript updateCollation.php --wiki=iswiki at his convenience.
