srv60, not srv78. fixed perms and recopied file.

Strange: I looked at the page source in Firefox and used "copy and paste".
Unfortunatelly I do not recall the url where I discovered this.

The web page and the favicon are separate requests. Knowing 
which server the web page comes from does not tell you which 
server the favicon came from.
