Could be kind of cool. You can get RSS feeds of saved searches and the like. Someone could embed a list of recently filed bugs for some extension. Or just a list of recently filed bugs in general [1] (Might be helpful to the ordinary wiki users who are good with wikis but scared of bugzilla and are looking for some sort of RecentChanges to satisfy their curiosity. Possibly having such an on-wiki list would help lower the initial barrier of wiki -> tech contributor). From the RSS extension side, there might need to be minor changes. As it stands the whitelist does strict string comparision - one probably wants to either have a regex, or just be able to whitelist specific hosts. If we did this we'd want to have all the bugzilla feeds. Probably pretty easy change. Filing this bug first to see if others think its a good idea before embarking on that. We already had a patch for this a few months ago, but the commit it depends on was stuck in code review. https://gerrit.wikimedia.org/r/#/c/68417/

The current state of things makes https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/HHVM#Current_work look ugly.
