Echo's orange talk notification (ext.echo.alert) is not orange on Monobook. It looks like skin's CSS that sets the background to transparent has higher specificity.

Caused by https://gerrit.wikimedia.org/r/#/c/85798/ . This will need backporting to 1.22 release version.
