Even if the anonymous user is not allowed to edit the page, he should have the
right to view its source code (like in a protected page). (If the user is not
authorized to read, another error appears, so that doesn't matter.) I suggest to
view the source code, and by the way, to view "View Source" instead of "Edit"
when the user doesn't have the permission to edit it.
