Wikimedia Bugzilla is closed!

Wikimedia has migrated from Bugzilla to Phabricator. Bug reports should be created and updated in Wikimedia Phabricator instead. Please create an account in Phabricator and add your Bugzilla email address to it.
Wikimedia Bugzilla is read-only. If you try to edit or create any bug report in Bugzilla you will be shown an intentional error message.
In order to access the Phabricator task corresponding to a Bugzilla report, just remove "static-" from its URL.
You could still run searches in Bugzilla or access your list of votes but bug reports will obviously not be up-to-date in Bugzilla.

Description 2006-04-16 13:14:50 UTC
button_headline.png is strange. Please check
http://ja.wikinews.org/skins-1.5/common/images/button_headline.png
Comment 1 Melancholie 2006-04-17 00:51:26 UTC
Confirmed: The "A" is not properly centred and a bit too large.
Comment 2 Brion Vibber 2006-04-17 04:11:26 UTC
It's presumably meant to indicate bigness.
Comment 3 2006-04-17 07:59:35 UTC
Oh, it again changed to strange image, not big A.
Please check Japanese wikinews
one(http://ja.wikinews.org/skins-1.5/common/images/button_headline.png).

What's a "strange image, not big A" look like?
Provide a screen shot please.

Screenshot of strange toolbar images (#2)
Comment 7 Melancholie 2006-04-28 04:29:14 UTC
I've uploaded two screenshots showing weird toolbar images. This happened while using the Opera
web browser (8.54) under FreeBSD (5.x). @Bug creator: Did the "A" image look like this, too?
Comment 8 Brion Vibber 2006-04-28 04:58:29 UTC
This may have been an old cache from when the images were slightly corrupted several weeks ago.
Try clearing cache.
Comment 9 Melancholie 2006-04-30 00:22:10 UTC
Hmm, I was clearing my browser cache pretty often since I shot that screenshots, but those ugly
toolbar images occurred again today. Is it possible that the cache versions of those corrupted
images are stuck somewhere in the cache of the image server?
