seen in master branch/beta labs: 

upon completing a new topic in Flow, the user may see either one of two messages: 

"Last modified about 1 second ago" or "Last modified about just now".  

"Last modified just now" or plain old "Just now" seem preferable, if "just now" is desired at all.
