Hello,
Befor starting wikipedia we decided to use lithuanian (lt) language.php file for
translating into samogitian (bat-smg). But all this creation have been to long
and everything was forgoten. So, could You change interface from english into
lithuanian. Thank You.

Stub file for Samogitian created; inherits Lithuanian. IIRC, rebuildMessages
needs to be run on the wiki now.

That's grate. Couse I'm new administrator (and new wikipedia) what I have to do
for now.
