Could you please add a new switch on the Recent changes page which would make it
possible
to hide anonymous IP edits. On smaller and mid-size wikis this would be a great
complement
to the already existing "Hide logged-in users" because after doing RC patrol of
all the anonymous edits (which usually include more garbage and immediately
revertable material), a patroller could then more quickly glance through the
rest of changes and skip those made by users he trusts.
