Wikimedia Bugzilla is closed!

Wikimedia migrated from Bugzilla to Phabricator. Bug reports are handled in Wikimedia Phabricator.

Question marks are not in the list of characters to avoid in the help, but do
not appear to work correctly.

There is text in the above page, but you can't see it.

If you manually correct the edit link, you'll see:

This also works:
http://test.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Help_Says_This_Will_Be_OK_But_Will_It%3F

and it also works on the test wiki. Seems to be an apache configuration issue.

This was a problem in the rewrite rules. Fixed.

Any chance of putting the updated configuration here on on the help page
http://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Rewrite_Rules ?
