Attachments Add an attachment (proposed patch, testcase, etc.)

Description Marco 2006-03-26 19:10:40 UTC Uploading (as sysop and normal account) gives error "The upload directory (/mnt/upload3/wikipedia/test) is not writable by the webserver.".
