The preview should directly highlight new (added) text to the previous version.
An editor then can focus on his changes and better spot typos.
This would prevent double edits.

I would suggest to use some kind of different background color for the
new (inserted) text.

People don't do this. They click <PREVIEW> and <SAVE>.

We provide the tool. If people don't use it, that is not our problem.
