The date in the callout does not match the right most date on the x-axis. This is confusing.
The date in the callout is Month name / Two digit year. That's one confusion. The dates are also dynamically calculated to provide YoY and MoM percent changes. This basically fails if there is less than a year of data and respectively, less than a month of data. The same code works OK for datasets that span enough time, for example: http://dev-reportcard.wmflabs.org/graphs/unique_visitors So the issues are 1. the callout display date format 2. the callout display for time spans less than a year 3. the callout display for time spans less than a month
