Plese Add new namespace on zh wikinews: chinese namespace: 频道 = english namespace: Portal --[[zh:user:shizao]]

Midair conflict: Brion was faster ;-) Hi shi zhao! This request is / was ambiguous to me. All namespace names are in English so far; see [[n:zh:template:wikivar]]. What are you require exactly? Should the name for the new namspace be in English (only)? Then the associated talk namespace should probably be 'Portal_talk'. Do you require *two* versions for this namespace as implemented at http://cvs.sourceforge.net/viewcvs.py/wikipedia/phase3/languages/LanguageYi.php?view=markup Then [[portal:foo]] and [[频道:foo]] would be equivalents for the same page. Which should be the "primary variant" displayed in the page title? What should the associated talk namespaces be then? I do not know exactly how namespace names would be converted when script languages are used. Please take a look at [[sr:template:wikivar]].
