When the same category is used twice in an article (probably due to a bot or
human oversight), it shows twice in the article footer. It should only show once.

So it should be corrected. Most of the time someone just forgot to escape the
category with ':' [[:Category:Foobar]]. As for the bot, it need fixing if it
does so.

Re-opening to mark as duplicate of bug 934, which has been patched in v1.4.
