Wikimedia Bugzilla is closed!

We only have the Recent Changes and New Pages feeds for each wiki, and are not 
responsible for third-party RSS feeds that may or may not exist based on some of 
Wikimedia's sites.

Then I want to know the "the Recent Changes and New Pages feeds"'s url? I want
to subscribe it.

can offer a rss feed.:)
but still something not right.
-the title of the rss:"Template:Latest news - Wikinews"
-if the title of the article is in chinese,the first character is lost.:(
