Please add the namespaces "Портал" (Portal) and "Разговор о порталу" (Portal talk) on 
the Serbian Wiktionary. There is a support of the community on 
http://sr.wiktionary.org/wiki/%D0%92%D0%B8%D0%BA%D0%B8%D1%80%D0%B5%D1%87%D0%BD%D0%B8%
D0%BA:%D0%9E%D0%BF%D1%88%D1%82%D0%B5_%D0%B4%D0%B8%D1%81%D0%BA%D1%83%D1%81%D0%B8%D1%98%

The correct link of Comment #2 does not jump to the proper html anchor there.
It's because in the URL there is %D0%9F... (using %) instead of .D0.9F... (using
dots) after the "#"! Have I found a small bug here? Doesn't the parser recognise
that everything after the "#" is an html anchor?
