There is no scrollbar for the transclusion/template editor on Vector/Firefox/Linux.  I have a laptop with a small screen, and no mouse.  Only a trackpad with two buttons, and there is no want to see all parameters.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Start a new transclusion
2. Enter 'cite web' and add template
3. Click on 'Cite web' on the left hand side of the dialog
4. Try to scroll through all the available parameters that could be added
