Copyvio requires a userspace link. cleanup creates multiple cross-namespace links that can't be cleaned up without removing the template. Is there any possibility of modifying the CrossNamespaceLinks report to prevent articles with either of these templates from appearing?
See the notability tag as well, which creates multiple Wikipedia_talk links.
I would expect these are *exactly* the sort of links you want to see. There should not be any such articles just sitting around; they need to be found and cleaned up.

What? That makes little sense. These articles are FOUND through their templates. There's no need for them to be on the Cross-name space special page. These pages being there just clutters up the clean-up process.
