The rollback option for admins gives a default summary (reverted from an edit by
X to an esit by Y, or something like that). that's (really) great, but the
inability to change the summary means that people get angry when you roll them
back ("Am I a vandal???!!!??). An option to change this default summary would be
most welcome.

I agree, but I'm not sure how should it work. Maybe you should replace the GET
page ("action=rollback", I mean) to a POST page, and send everything (including
the summary) with a hidden form, by onclick (which also pops up a prompt, with
the default value of the default summary). Of course I don't mention the
server-side...
