I get this error message when trying to go through the installation procedure on 
a Windows 2003 Server...Can someone direct me on a way to fixing this problem

specified module could not be found. in C:\wiki\mediawiki\install-utils.inc on 
line 17 Could not load MySQL driver! Please compile php --with-mysql or install 
the mysql.so module.

You need to configure PHP with the MySQL module.
