Please compare

with
http://www.wikicities.com/wiki/User:Gangleri/tests/bugzilla/02329#tests
where MediaWiki version 1.5.6 is used.

The second shows underlined links but the first not. This is not the subject of
this bug and may depend on wiki setup and default user preferences (I did *not*
changed any option related to this.)

'test' renders as
* User:Gangleri/tests/bugzilla/02329/foo bar
o User:Gangleri/tests/bugzilla/02329/foo bar#section header containing spaces
o section header containing spaces
* User:Gangleri/tests/bugzilla/02329/foo_bar
o User:Gangleri/tests/bugzilla/02329/foo_bar#section_header_containing_spaces
o section_header_containing_spaces

Please provide an option in [[special:Preferences]] which replaces underlines
with spaces in wiki links; if possible also in TOC and headers.
