It seems kind of convoluted that [[Special:Gadgets]] doesn't let me set my gadgets. It's already a Special page that lists every gadget. Having it load the Gadget preferences form may actually reduce the overall code complexity a bit. I think it would be reasonable to have two entry points.

Special:Gadgets is adorable. Just learned about it here. It links to the source of each gadget. Why are users given access to this ugly 'gadgets' tab instead of Special:Gadgets? Why repeat? I hope this bug brings these two places into one.
