I would like to translate ALL the MediaWiki messages into spanish, but I cant do
it. There are messages of the interface like i.e. MediaWiki:Contact-url/es or
MediaWiki:Licenses/es I have translated yet, but they don't work.

Please let all the mediawiki messages to be translated

Why not to make MediaWiki capable to be multilingual content for one site?
Commons is a exemple of it. Please, go on it.

Not all messages are localizable.

Please let all the localizable mediawiki messages to be translated. I'll see
MediaWiki:Licenses/es yet works, but no MediaWiki:Contact-url/es and many
others, like Aboutpage, Disclaimerpage or Help_desk

Best contact "gangleri AT torg PUNTO is" if you are interested in participating 
in the internationalisation of MediaWiki user interfaces. He'll be able to tell 
you all about it and you can actually make a difference.

This bug report is missing the actual list of messages that should be enabled for translation (= use translations instead of always using the translation of content language of the wiki).
