In Internet Explorer 7 Beta 2, the main page picture in the upper left hand corner of 
the page doesn't display.  There is just a background that is a link when you hover 
over or click on it.  This does NOT apply to en.wikipedia.org, or en.wiktionary, etc. 
although it occurs on bugzilla.wikimedia.org, and all other non-wikimedia sites that 
I have seen.
