Thanks for reporting this. https://icinga.wikimedia.org/ works for me right now, can you confirm? I cannot spot anything related in https://wikitech.wikimedia.org/wiki/Server_admin_log :(

Sorry, maybe I should have pointed it out a bit better: http://icinga.wmflabs.org/ is down (thus the product Wikimedia Labs).

seems the icinga daemon crashed :/
