Attachments Add an attachment (proposed patch, testcase, etc.)

Description Domas Mituzas 2004-09-15 06:15:37 UTC if links contain space and questionmark, guillemet code changes space into  , and later such placeholder is not parsed correctly and causes either corrupted queries or does not render links at all.
