Hallo! [[wikt:yi:image:Squares_in_quantum_representation.png]] was uploaded fo test Bug 2258: "Category links in image upload summary field have wrong sort key" However the image shows up at http://yi.wiktionary.org/wiki/category:bugzilla?from=Squares&20in%20quantum%20representation but not at http://yi.wiktionary.org/wiki/category:bugzilla?from=Squares_in_quantum_representation This might be iritating for "newbies" who might expect that "_" is *always* a substutite for space %20. This should aplay for other parameters (where both %20 and "_ can be used) as well. best regards reinhardt [[user:gangleri]]
Look closer. The first segment is &20, not %20. So it's not a space character.
Sorry!
I appologize the first link should be http://yi.wiktionary.org/wiki/category:bugzilla?from=Squares%20in%20quantum%20representation At [[wikt:yi:image:Squares_in_quantum_representation.png#bugzilla:04927]] I used {{fullurl:category:bugzilla|from={{PAGENAMEE}}}} which is using a sortkey where the spaces are substituted with underscores and generates http://yi.wiktionary.org/w/index.php?title=category:bugzilla&from=Squares_in_quantum_representation.png Originaly I opened this report because it might be confusing that '%20' is not equivalent to '_'. I remember Brion stating about a similar topic that 'text' is 'text' and here the sortkey is also 'text'. However the question would be if there is a general benefit sunstituting '_' in sortkeys with '%20'. best regards reinhardt [[user:gangleri]]
