We find that "image talk" pages are treated as articles. Is it because the
translation of "image" namespace is "படிமம்" (patimam") and the translation for
"image talk" namespace is "படிமப் பேச்சு" ("patimap paechchu") (note the change in
the last consonant from 'ம்' to 'ப்' for euphony)? Please fix this soon.

My above problem is with respect to Tamil Wikipedia.

The problem is that LanguageTa.php defines the NS_IMAGE_TALK namespace with a space 
instead of an underscore, so it doesn't match in titles properly.

But, that page seems to be outdated. If it needs to be fixed in the codebase or
something else, can you please do the fix?
