Description Amgine 2006-02-05 02:37:58 UTC zh.wikinews has passed the requirements (http://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Wikinews/Start_a_new_edition), and passed through pre-launch (http://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/New_language_pre-launch), So I'm requesting the new edition be created.
